Marquee weddings are some of the most spectacular kinds of weddings, so it’s no wonder they’re a popular choice for couples on the beautiful NSW South Coast. We’ve helped thousands of couples bring their dream wedding to life with a stunning marquee.

First, we get to know you, your style, and any practical requirements you have regarding your marquee. We love to chat with you about what you need and ask questions to ensure we’ve covered all bases! Some questions we may ask include:

Once you’ve agreed on a marquee design, we will ensure everything is ready just as planned.

This includes gathering all the necessary elements to bring your vision to life – and working with the trusted wedding partners you’ve chosen for the big day, including florists, wedding planners and wedding stylists.

A few days before your wedding, we load up our trucks with your marquee and all the amazing pieces to bring your vision to life, and our crew deliver it personally. We then get to work installing your marquee at the location already decided on and according to your specifications (we, of course, would have already done a site visit well in advance!). That way, you can guarantee there are no surprises on the day – just a beautiful marquee ready for your beautiful wedding!

Clear marquees

Clear marquees provide natural light and provide an easy transition between day-to-night festivities. Our clear marquees are waterproof, meaning you don’t have to worry about bad weather ruining your big day (although a little bit of rain on your wedding day is good luck in our eyes).

The clear walls let you see the beautiful surroundings of the venue too. Its solid foundation means no internal legs are required to support it, allowing for more uninterrupted space for your guests.

EQUIPMENT & FURNITURE HIRE CHECKLIST

Our Verve marquee is the epitome of sophistication. This black framed marquee is suitable for large events looking for that wow factor. Its solid foundation means no internal legs are required to support it, allowing for more uninterrupted space for your guests. Its black beams and clear walls and roof give the Verve a minimalist feel which is bound to accentuate any designs or colour you choose to add with flowers and other decorations. We highly recommend this marquee option if you require a space to house a wedding band, reception, buffet or dancefloor.

Our pagoda marquees come in various shapes and sizes, all offering a sleek and modern design. Whether you hire one of our pagodas as a standalone unit or to accompany other units for a more distinctive look, you can surely benefit from a secure space that houses up to 50 people. Our team is always on hand to ensure you choose the right size for your event, with some options including 3m x 3m, 4m x 4m, 5m x 5m, and 6m x 6m. Please note we do have a minimum spend when you hire from us - we have two options for how you can hire from us. Our dry hire process is where you collect and return the hire items from our warehouse in Oak Flats. There is a minimum spend of $700.00 on hire equipment. If you would like to utilise our delivery and pickup services we do have a minimum of hire on our equipment of $700.00. Delivery and pickup is charged in addition to the hire equipment costs.
